NOTE :

  • The registration must be renewed by the applicant once in 5 years
  • Registration certificate can be downloaded using Aadhar number and mobile number under "Downloads" tab
  • Incorrect or Incomplete forms are subject to rejection without any notice

    • Slow/Poor Internet connection, incompatible images may contribute to unsuccessful application submission even after successful payment. In such case send email to sareg.csb@nic.in with all relevant documents for further verification and processing.

Before Filling the Online Application Read the Instructions Carefully

  • नए बीज उत्पादकों एवं नए चॉकी कीटपालकों के लिए ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रस्तुत करने से पहले तीन महीने का प्रशिक्षण अनिवार्य है।
    Three months training is mandatory before filing online application for NEW seed producers and NEW chawki rearers.
  • पंजीकृत बीज उत्पादकों एवं चॉकी कीटपालकों द्वारा पंजीकरण के नवीनीकरण हेतु त्रैमासिक उत्पादन रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत करना अनिवार्य है
    Submission of quarterly production report as per is mandatory for RENEWAL of registration by registered seed producers and chawki rearers.
  • पंजीकरण समिति द्वारा सत्यापन और प्रक्रियात्मक कार्रवाई करते समय आवेदक सही सूचना प्रेषित करना चाहिए। गलत या अपूर्ण आवेदनों को सूचना के साथ अस्वीकार या स्थगित किया जाता है ।
    Applicant should furnish correct information for verification and processing by the Registration Committee. Incorrect or incomplete applications are liable for rejection or abeyance with intimation.
  • नए पंजीकरण और नवीकरण दोनों के लिए, आवेदन शुल्क रु.100 (सौ रुपये मात्र) केवल इस वेबसाइट के ऑनलाइन मॉड्यूल के माध्यम से देय है। डीडी/चेक/नकद स्वीकार नहीं किए जाते हैं।
    For both new and renewal of registrations, application fee of Rs.100 (Rupees one hundred) is payable ONLY through online module of this website. DD / Cheque/ Cash are not accepted.
  • आवश्यक दस्तावेजों को ठीक से स्कैन कर आवेदन के साथ अपलोड करना होगा। अधूरे प्रारूप के कारण सफल भुगतान के बाद भी आवेदन की प्रस्तुती असफल हो सकती है। ऐसे मामले में, पंजीकरण शुल्क भुगतान के प्रति आवेदक को प्राप्त पावती को आगे के सत्यापन और कार्रवाई के लिए sareg.csb@nic.in पर ईमेल किया जाना चाहिए।
    The required documents are to be properly scanned and uploaded with the application. Incompatible formats may lead to unsuccessful submission of the application even after successful payment. In such case, the acknowledgement received by the applicant towards the Registration Fee payment is to be emailed to sareg.csb@nic.in for further verification and processing.
  • पंजीकरण प्रमाण-पत्र की वैधता जारी होने की तारीख से 5 वर्ष है, आगे व्यवसाय जारी रखने के लिए वैधता समाप्त होने के बाद प्रमाण पत्र नवीनीकृत किया जाना अपेक्षित है ।
    The Registration Certificate has validity of only 5 years from the date of issue, which needs to be renewed after expiry of validity for continuance of the business.
  • अनुमोदन पर, पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र को आधार संख्या और ऑनलाइन आवेदन के दौरान प्रदान किए गए मोबाइल नंबर दोनों का उपयोग करते हुए "डाउनलोड प्रमाणपत्र" विकल्प से डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है।
    Upon approval, the Registration certificate can be downloaded from the “Download Certificate” option using both Aadhaar number and the mobile number provided during online application.

  • आवेदक को बीज उत्पादन के लिए फॉर्म 12(ए) और चॉकी कीटपालन के लिए 12(बी) भरना चाहिए।
    The applicant should fill Form 12(a) for Seed Production and 12(b) for Chawki Rearing.
  • आवेदक नीचे प्रस्तुत दस्तावेजों की प्रति सही रूप से स्कैन कर उपलोड करना चाहिए :
    Applicant should upload the properly scanned copy of below documents:
    • a) पासपोर्ट आकार का रंगीन फोटोग्राफ (जेपीजी फोरमेट),
      Passport size colour photograph (JPG format),
    • b) हस्ताक्षर अथवा अंगूठा ‍निशान (जेपीजी फोरमेट),
      Signature or thumb impression (JPG format),
    • c) मेट्रिक या उससे ऊपर की शिक्षा उतीर्ण प्रमाण-पत्र (जेपीजी फोरमेट),
      SSLC (or above) pass certificate (JPG format)
    • d) मान्यता प्राप्त संस्थान से प्राप्त 3 महीने की अवधि के प्रशिक्षण प्रमाण-पत्र।
      Three months duration training certificate from recognized institute.
  • ऑनलाइन आवेदन फोरमेट के अनुसार श्रमशक्ति सहित अवसंरचना सुविधाओं का सठीक विवरण प्रस्तुत किया जाना है ।

  • पंजीकृत बीज उत्पादक/चॉकी कीटपालक द्वारा बीज उत्पादन के लिए प्रपत्र-1 तथा चॉकी कीटपालन के लिए प्रपत्र-2 के अनुसार विगत 5 वर्ष के सभी तिमाहियों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।
    Registered Seed Producer/Chawki Rearer should have submitted all the quarterly reports of last 5 years as per the Form-1 (for seed production) / Form-2 (for chawki rearing)
  • आवेदक को बीज उत्पादन के लिए फॉर्म 12(ए) और चॉकी कीटपालन के लिए 12(बी) भरना चाहिए।
    The applicant should select and fill Form 12(a) for Seed Production and 12(b) for Chawki Rearing.

  • आवेदक फॉर्म 12सी चयनित कर भरना चाहिए ।
     The applicant should select and fill Form 12(c).
  • आवेदक नीचे प्रस्तुत दस्तावेजों की प्रति सही रूप से स्कैन कर उपलोड करना चाहिए :
